Three years ago today, Whitney Houston was discovered dead in a bathtub at a hotel she was staying in. Today her family is petitioning God for a miracle for her daughter, who was discovered unresponsive also in a bathtub. I have been following this story from the beginning and I don’t know nor will I ever know all of the facts. However, as a woman, I do know that a young girl was living without the BEST GIFT TO MEN after Jesus Christ and that is a MOTHER.
Mothers play a crucial role in the lives of their children. They were created by God to nurture, love, care and encourage their children. It is important that we don’t take the dedicated women in our lives for granted! I don’t know where I would be if it had not been for the love I received from my mother! She’s my EVERYTHING! If your mother is still living, honor her! For when God calls her home, you’ll realize that she holds a place in your life that only God can fill.
