Scripture Reading: The nobleman said to Him, “Sir, come down before my child dies!” Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your son lives.” So the man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him, and he went his way. And as he was now going down, his servants met him and told him, saying, “Your son lives!” Then he inquired of them the hour when he got better. And they said to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.” So the father knew that it was at the same hour in which Jesus said to him, “Your son lives.” And he himself believed, and his whole household. John 4:49-51
Sometimes it may feel as though God is not hearing our prayers. We may feel as though we are praying but nothing is changing in the natural realm. However, today I want to encourage you that God is not only hearing your prayers, but will provide you with victory!
Have you spoken to Jesus today?
Oftentimes we tend to vent our issues to our family members, friends, or even use our social media platforms to help solve our problems. The moment you begin to bring your prayers to God you can expect a dead situation to turn around. Nothing shows us this better than our scripture reading today. The exact moment he cried out to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, is the exact moment his son was healed.
Your victory will manifest in the seventh hour
In verse John 4:51, we see after the man departed from Jesus Christ of Nazereth, his servants met him to let him know his son was healed! Curious, he asked them when did the healing take place. They begin to tell him at the seventh hour the day before. This was the exact moment the man had cried out to Jesus Christ of Nazaerth. This is no different in our lives. The exact moment we pray to God, He begins to fight on our behalf. This is also proven in the Word. It tells us that even before we begin to pray, God has already answered our prayers (Isaiah 65:24)!
So what have you been praying for? Have you given up because you feel it will not come to pass? Look back over all the prayer requests He has already answered for you! God not only hears you but will bring your prayers to pass!
Remember: God is waiting on you!
