A son and his father were walking on the mountains. Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: “AAAhhh!!!” To his surprise, the son hears the voice repeating: “AAAhhh!!!” Curious, he yells: “Who are you?” He receives “Who are you?” Angered, he screams: “Coward!” He receives: “Coward!” He looks to his father and asks: “What’s going on?” The father says: “My son, pay attention.” And then the father screams to the mountain: “I admire you!” The voice answers: “I admire you!” Again he screams: “You’re a champion!” The voice answers: “You’re a champion!” The son does not understand. The father says: “Son, people call this an ECHO, but really this is called LIFE.”
Our mouths have tremendous power and our lives ultimately become reflections of the words that come out of them. The Bible confirms this in Proverbs 18:21 where it clearly says “Death and life are in the power of the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” Everything you speak out, you will ultimately seek out. Don’t talk so fast and take the time to listen to what you’re saying! The more you talk about negative things in your life, the more you invite those things into your reality.
So, if you want to change your life, begin by changing your words! Begin to speak what you SEEK until you SEE what you’ve said! Always remember that YOUR LIFE IS NOT A COINCIDENCE, IT’S A REFLECTION OF YOUR WORDS!
