What to do when you are close to the finish line, but lost the race?
Recently, I thought about something – God, what do you do when you thought you conquered, but came up short? When things change at the last minute, or you thought you won the game, only a few minutes left in the game, but with very little time left come up short. What do you do when you already planned the victory party, but only to find out there is a change in plans.
Don’t give in
We have to remember, God is not on our timetable, but we are on His. Yes, your finances may look gloomy today, and I can’t assure you it will increase tomorrow, but one thing is certain – with prayer, fasting and trusting God’s will for your life, it will come to pass. But you have to remain diligent, don’t look to the left or to the right but look straight up to the hills.
In His time
More importantly, this is definitely not the time for you to give in. No matter how it looks, or how it feels, you simply can’t give up! Yes, you may be counted out today, but thank God there is always tomorrow. Things can change, people can change, and more importantly God can change things. If someone on your job is keeping you from the next level – don’t give in….God can remove them. If your money is acting funny or your change is strange – don’t give in…..God can allow one financial blessing to change your financial situation! You don’t know – God is in the process of setting up a design to allow you have something greater:):)
Believe it even if you can’t see it
You have to keep believing! I don’t care what it looks like, I don’t care how it feels, you have to keep your head in the game. Keep believing things will come to pass. The moment you stop believing, is the second you tell God – thanks, but I can handle this on my own. Continue to attest things are going to work out well, know the best is yet to come and more importantly close your eyes and see it come to pass.
Remember: God is waiting on you!
