I will never forget the time my Daddy took me on vacation. It was just him and I and I was extremely thrilled to be traveling with him on what he called a “West Coast Tour.” We went shopping on Rodeo Drive and visited the Hoover Dam. As exciting as that trip was, the most memorable moment for me was the first morning I woke up to my Daddy talking loud to himself in the mirror about himself. He would say I am blessed. I am wonderfully made. I am an overcomer. And I would say from underneath the cover and I AM TIRED!
But what I realize now is that He was declaring God’s Word over his life and as a result of those things he declared, God has established these declarations in his life! Job 22:28 (KJV) says you will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways. Now, like my Daddy, I too get up early. I look at my prayer door and I declare God’s Word over my life and I have seen Him establish many things and He can do the same for you:)
What do you need God to establish in your life today? Declare it! Pick up your Bible and seek out scriptures that apply to you specifically. Write them out and read them out loud every day. DECLARE them out loud so that you can believe them, the enemy can hear them and ultimately so that God can establish them!
