Not long ago, I was extended an invitation to dine at a very fine restaurant. This group saw some of the work on the news and desired to partner with me. As I enjoyed my time and an exquisite meal, the chef came out personally to meet me!
I really felt blessed at that moment. Not only because I was eating the very best :)). But what the group did not know was that as a college student, it was my desire to work with this group, but was deemed NOT QUALIFIED. However today, not only am I considered highly qualified but the group is hoping that I say “yes” to work with them!
Won’t God do it!
I share that story with you today because you may be in a place where you may have been recently rejected, counted out or an opportunity has come to an end. Know that God has a funny way of turning things around. Just like us, Jesus Christ was also rejected, suffered and died for our sins. And when it looked like there was no other move, Jesus Christ rose again!
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner (Acts 4:10-11).
So what about you?
Have you been rejected? You don’t have to worry! Know that if God is for you, no one can be against you!
