Today I write to you from my doctor’s office. I really don’t like going to the doctor. I hate needles! However, I know that in order for me to stay healthy, I have to get a checkup. I have to get my physical body examined by a professional who can give me the best advice to fix or prevent any problems.
Well, just as we must get examined physically, we must also get examined spiritually. 2 Corinthians 13:5 says examine yourselves to see if your faith is genuine. Test yourselves. Surely you know that Jesus Christ is among you; if not, you have failed the test of genuine faith.
Make sure that you examine your faith! Test it every now and then to make sure that you still believe God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that you can ask or think! If your faith is weak, ask Him for a prescription to make it strong again! Gotta go! The doctor’s here now but thank God I have already been checked out by the GREAT PHYSICIAN!
