Sometimes we tend to think God needs our help. As such, as we fight battles we create plans based on our limited knowledge.
However, Psalm 46:10 reminds us to be still and know that He is God!
Now, does God require us to take action from time to time?
Yes.
Does God requires us to continue to bring our petitions before Him?
Yes.
But even during those times, we have to understand that God is the ultimate battle fighter! He reminds of this in 2 Chronicles when He fought a great battle on Jehosophat’s behalf.
There have been many times in my life where I created a plan, had my argument written out and thought of numerous ways I was going to fight a battle. However, when I arrived I was amazed that God had already fought on my behalf.
What about you?
If you did the work, prayed the prayers, and believed with all that you have, just do what the verse reminds us to do – Be still. More importantly, let God be God.
He knows just what to do!
No one can fight better for you!
