If you yearn for a peace that you can only be dreamed of, know that it can only be obtained through God. God tells us in His word that He offers peace and more of it. Understanding this concept and really longing for a true peace, I began to explore His Word. It dawned on me, God can provide us a peace if we remain in His pavilion and within His will.
His pavilion can be thought of as a strong tower, shadow, tabernacle, secret place and much more. There are many scriptures in the Bible that reminds us there is a safe haven if we dwell where He has called us to be. We only get frustrated when we are trying to squeeze ourselves in a position that God has not purposed for our lives or that may be too premature to rest in just yet. God has ordered and orchestrated each step in our lives and in order to obtain peace, we must seek Him first before making a move or step into any direction.
Do you want to obtain a peace that can change your life? This can only be obtained after you have surrendered your position and move into His shadow. He tells us if we just remain in His protected care there is a peace that can give us rest like no other.
