No matter where you are in life, you may find yourself moving forward into uncertainty. Whether you’ve lost your job, a relationship has ended or a family member has moved away, at one point or another, you may find yourself in a place where you may have to adapt to change. More importantly, you may have to move forward without knowing what lies ahead.
However, I am here to tell you, it is in this place where you can rest because God is with you and He will not leave you or forsake you on your journey.
Trust Him When You Can’t Trace Him
Proverbs 3:5-6 states, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path.” When you simply don’t know how, why, what or even where to go, you have to simply trust Him when you can’t trace Him. Know that He has already gone before you and given you victory but you have to stand on His promises each day and trust that He has already made a way.
Know You Will Win
Romans 8:28 states “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” The Bible reminds us that all things work for our good, not some things but all and in the end we will win. Today may not look like glory but tomorrow we know that everything will turn into joy. So for this reason, we should move forward with confidence and a positive attitude. You must simply believe that God has already fought our battles and we have the ultimate victory.
Praise Him in Advance
No matter what you are facing, give God praise while you are going through your uncertainties. Praise Him as if you have already received your blessing. It is through our prayers that God begins to shake things up and act on your behalf. In Acts 16:25-26, Paul and Silas praised God while they were in prison. Because of their ultimate praise, the Bible tells us the prison shake like an earthquake and the doors of the prison began to open. So praise Him today for your healing, victory, marriage, peace within your family and God will continue to work for you.
Prayer Starter:
Father God, I come to you with the issue of ____. I pray that as I face uncertainty, I can be certain I will have victory and be more than a conqueror. I declare that I don’t lean to my limited understanding, but today know that I trust You and You will direct my path to victory. I praise You right now in the place and thank You for the Holy Spirit for guiding and directing me to victory.
Remember, God is waiting on you!
